Every time I perform I write AO1 on my hand to remind me that everything I do, every lyric I write, every note I sing is for an Audience of One.
Give me hope when I’m hurting
Make this pain just go away
Be tough when I feel like quitting
Run un-weary
Why did I fall again?
I'm smart enough to know I'm worth more than this,
Why can't I think clear?
I keep destroying myself by leaving you.
Sustaining feelings isn't easy,
I'm wishing for a longer summer,
Containing warmth and burning passion,
Isn't easy for cold changing hearts.
I will call on you,
In this day of trouble,
And struggle,
Ooh-oh.
You think your right,
But try walking in my shoes.
It takes two,
But somebody’s gotta lose.
I was 8 years old when I fell in love with the guitar and started my first song writing journal. Nine years later, there is still no feeling I love more than locking myself in my bedroom and putting music to my deepest thoughts, prayers and feelings. Music is such a powerful force for all of us. I pray that my music will be God-inspired and will some day have the ability to change people’s lives for the better.
Every time I perform I write AO1 on my hand to remind me that everything I do, every lyric I write, every note I sing is for an Audience of One. He has gifted me with the love of music. It is my prayer that I bring honor and glory to Him and inspire others to live their lives for an audience of One!
